CRM Business Analyst MS Dynamics

A leading national wholesale distributor is in search of a CRM Business Analyst for a migration project. You will be responsible in brining the system in-house from 3rd party agency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following.



* Provide helpdesk services to our internal clients
* Document problems and activity and solution for each case
* Communicate the status of issues to customers and to the CRM / Share Point team
* Identify high priority customer issues and escalate to appropriate team members, including management
* Work with internal customers and other team members to investigate, test and develop solutions and workarounds to resolve customer issues/requests
* Update users and change permissions within the CRM /Share Point
* Create and edit CRM / Shar Point Dashboards
* Create and edit SharePoint Pages, permissions and Workflows
