Our client, one of the UK's leading banks is looking for a Senior Customer Advisor in Sunderland.

You will deepen customer relationships to help grow the business and strengthen the brand in the community, while working collaboratively with other colleagues. You will be calling candidates on a proactive basis either welcoming new customers to the bank or advising existing relevant customers on their personal lending options.

Key accountabilties:

Demonstrating a strong level of knowledge and understanding of our digital products, enabling you to proactively educate your customers to have confidence in using alternative channels of their choice

Keeping your knowledge of our products and services up to date, and knowing where to find information about them to ensure you deliver the most appropriate outcome for the customer

Delighting the customer by offering a professional, caring, consistent and outstanding level of customer service, whereby an emotional connection with the customer is built.


*

Collaborate with specialist colleagues (e.g. Home Solutions, Premier) to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey, breaking down barriers across segments in order to keep the customer at the heart of what we do
