Are you an experienced sales support administrator/ customer service adminstrator looking for a new role? Do you like a lot of customer contact and setting up new accounts?


We are recruiting for a full time sales support administrator to work in a busy sales office in Shirley. You will be working in a team of about 8 sales support/ customer service but in am office of around 35. The company are an international company, with their UK office in Shirley, Solihull.



Your Responsibilities in sales support


* Assist Sales & Account management in all customer related activities
* Prepare the sales value and sales margin forecast versus the budget and align with Account Management.
* Guard all deadlines so that the customer's expectations are managed and where possible exceeded.
* Analyse the Customer's Service Level and report / discuss the findings with the customer.
* Analyse the Service level of the assigned product group and report / discuss the findings with the relevant Supply Chain Planner.
* Check and agree on customer's invoices, credits and complaints.
* Solve commercial issues on invoices and product complaints.
* Prepare offers (quotations)
* Analyse, agree and follow up on customer's requests for promotions.
* Analyse and report the Sales Support KPI's.
* Support with the organisation of exhibitions with the marketing and sales team


Your Skills/ Experience


* Experience in a sales support/ sales administrator role
* Experience with CRM/ excel
* Commercial minded
* Experience with analysis of (sales) figures
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communicator and team player
* Planning and organization skills
* Ability to oversee the whole supply chain

Benefits to you


Up to £20,000 a year
Hours - Mon to Thurs: 08:30-17:00 Fri: alternating between 08:30-15:30 and 10:00-17:00
