Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Administrator / 1st Line Support

Permanent

£19000 + commission

My client, a leading IT business based in North Herts, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Administrator / 1st Line Support to join their busy and dynamic office. This highly successful business are seeking competitive, driven and bright individuals to join to add to their already high-flying customer service team.

This is an interesting and varied role, which will offer the successful candidate autonomy and the chance to develop within the company.

Duties:



* Providing excellent customer service and technical support to service users via telephone, email and live chat platforms
* Troubleshooting and fixing issues for paying service users
* Working in a KPI orientated environment
* Dealing with queries and complaints, resolving efficiently and effectively

Attributes:



* Experience in a call centre environment
* Technology background
* Good problem solving skills
* Excellent IT skills including typing
* Must be confident with customers
* Must be able to work a shift pattern (37.5 hours per week) covering some weekends
