Customer Service Advisor- Fraud Detection
Do you wish to further develop your customer service skills in the industry of Finance within a leading organisation? Are you ready to move forward in your customer service career? This role is paying £17,750 - £18,910 and is Located in Sunderland.

This company looks at "how" goals are achieved rather than "what" is achieved, which shows how important it is to implement excellent customer service towards Community Banking.

Hours - 35 hours a week. 8 Hour shift pattern between 7am - 11pm
Monday - Sunday
Location - Sunderland
Starting Salary - £17,750 - £18,910

Whilst working for this leading financial company you will be required to undertake the following tasks:
* You will put yourself in our customer's shoes to be able to understand how everyday products and services can help them now and in the future
* You will use your time efficiently, adhering to personal work patterns and schedules to meet customer demand
* You will be proactive and engaging, assisting customers with their essential everyday needs, providing every day banking solutions where appropriate
* You will accurately complete administration activities such as updating customer records and building customer contact information


Person Specification:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your skills and qualifications will include:
* A genuine interest in the customer
* The ability to demonstrate service in a customer-facing role
* The right attitude, personality, potential and skills to provide excellent customer service and case ownership
* Experience of working towards personal objectives and standards
* The ability to use your own initiative to resolve customer queries and complaints, by moving outside of set guidelines and procedures

The Next Steps

* If you pass this test, you will be submitted for a face to face interview
