As a Customer Service Advisor based in our friendly Glasgow office, you'll be part of an enthusiastic team delivering a first class experience for all our clients and demonstrating ownership of all queries. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for providing an exceptional service to their customers. You will complete our induction programme, which will enable you to become a knowledgeable asset to the whole business.
We operate between the hours of 4:00 pm - 12:00am, working 5 days out of 7 on a 3 week rota basis.

The starting salary for a Customer Service Advisor is £19,665
Working Hours - working 5 days out of 7 on a 3 week rota basis

16.00pm - 12.00am

As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will involve:
* Providing a first-class experience for all our customers, demonstrating ownership of all queries
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers day-to-day banking requirements, using various communication methods such as; telephone, email, online banking and written
* Providing support and guidance on banking matters, acting as the key point of contact, co-ordinating all activity, to ensure the client receives the highest possible standard of service
* Delivering against performance, service and departmental targets, assisting in generating client and revenue growth

As a Customer Service Advisor, your skills and qualifications will include:
* Experience of providing excellent customer service ideally within financial services, or a similar customer centric industry
* A commitment to providing a world-class service and building strong, trusted relationships with your customers
* Confidence in your ability to talk to clients in detail on our products, services and channels
