My client is based with a view of the Thames. The role requires you to engage with customers and clients, so having Business to Business experience is highly sought after for this role.

Location: City of London
Salary: 22-25K
Type: Permanent
Hours: 9-5

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent or Call Centre Agent to support the next phase of growth.

Responsibilities for the role below:

*Analyse all claims and investigate thoroughly using the relevant tools;
*Contribute to customer loyalty by adhering to the department's guidelines on customer satisfaction
*Communicate with customers via email in order to try and settle claims/resolve issues in a more personalised manner
*Give relevant compensations and goodwill gestures according to legal guidelines and Company's guidelines
*Communicate information about products and services to customers
*Answer customers' queries over the email and, when appropriate, resolve claims straight away
