Customer Service Representative - Wembley - Duration 3 months ASAP start

Main Job Role

As Customer Service Representative based in our Express Asphalt Department, your key responsibility will be to liaise with Customers taking and processing on-line orders for Aspaht, Selling and Maintaining Consumable Stock, working with the Order to Cash process.

Key duties:



* To take customer order's on a daily basis in a professional and helpful manor whilst up-selling and promoting the companies portfolio of products and services.
* Liaising closely with local management to ensure production planning is aligned with customer requirements.
* Working to the Order to Cash process and its time-lines
* Dealing with customer Invoice queries and complaints through to resolution.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required



* A good grasp of the order to cash (O2C) process.
* Combination of confidence and enthusiasm to thrive in a busy working environment
* A can-do attitude with adaptability to change
* Proven track record of good Customer Service experience

Ideal Candidate

Including desirable skills, experience, and qualification required. A good basic education, including at least Maths and English to GCSE level or equivalent, proven customer service track record, along with excellent organisational skills. Able to work to deadlines and with a good eye for detail, also strong on efficient processing, which minimises invoice queries

Hours of Work 48 Hrs p/w Monday - Friday Saturday Sunday

06:00 - 15:00 07:00 - 11:00

07:00 - 16:00 06:00 - 10:00

08:00 - 17:00

Shifts are on a 3 weekly rolling Rota, You will be required to work one Saturday and one Sunday with one weekend off in every 3.

Holidays

25 Days (Allocating 3 for Xmas) Average shutdown for Xmas Period is 10 Days (All British Bank Holidays)
