Are you available immediately to start a permanent career? Are you looking for a position within a customer support function, whereby you will be the initial point of contact for all enquiries? Can you delivery exceptional customer service but are also technically minded? If so, have a read on:

The role of the customer support department is to assist customers in all aspects their purchasing requirements and end use. This will include;
*Processing of sales and purchase orders
*Arranging deliveries
*Liaising with internal departments such as Lease desk and hardware support
*Handling all enquiries and orders
*Taking fault calls from end-users, customers and internal staff
*Answering queries and resolving any issues in a timely and accurate manner
*Supporting the service technicians and field based team with queries
*Complete administration as required
*Work with internal departments to resolve issues relating to customer accounts
*Be a customer point of contact for warranty information and documents

Skills and experience required;
*Strong communication skills when both speaking to and emailing customers
*Excellent time management
*Ability to influence and negotiate
*Good rapport building
*Highly receptive to change with the ability to adapt quickly
*Able to work under pressure
*Quick to make a decision and resolve issues
*Strives to deliver on targets
*Team player with ability to also work alone
*High attention to detail and accuracy

To be considered for this role, you must have worked within an office based customer facing role. You will ideally be able to demonstrate customer excellence within a technical environment, although full training on products will be give.
