CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER

Up to £48000

Whiteley (Southampton)

Are you a driven and motivated Incident Manager who is looking for an immediate opportunity? Do you come from a strong telecommunications background and have experience in handling complaints? Don't look anywhere else; we have the perfect role for you which you can start right now.

A leading facilities company are in need for a proven Incident Manager, to contribute positively towards their vibrant team in Whiteley (Southampton).



* Permanent role
* Immediate start
* Full time; Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
* £40,000 - £48,000 salary, experience dependant
* Excellent working environment with driven and motivated workforce

This role is a very varied position, some of your duties will be:



* Managing complaints from the companies telecommunication clients
* Complaints regarding telecommunication masses and the facilities around it
* Manage complaints from incident to resolution
* Put plans in place to prevent it in future
* Manage customer escalations and communicate effectively
* Co-ordinating all major incidents impacting site performance.
* Co-ordinating responses to accidents, Incidents and complaints involving field engineers.
* As directed by the Operations Delivery Manager to progress any technical issue that are impacting aged work.
* Assist Engineers and planning team technically, providing support, advice and guidance to ensure best use of time and resource.
* Route cause analysis of day to day issue for continuous improvement of processes and data.
* Investigate and provide resolutions to issues that impact first time fix, double job handling and unnecessary sub-contracting.
* Required to fulfil operational KPI's as indicated on the balance scorecard.

* Must have telecommunications background e.g. Ericsson, Vodafone etc.
* Must hold ITL qualification
* Must have corporate experience
* Desirable - Experience within A/C
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customer focused
* Ability to solve problems positively and be pragmatic
* Proven ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise
* Proactive and solutions driven
