Customer Data Analyst

Leeds City Centre

£20,592 - £24999 per annum

9am-5pm

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Data Analyst who will be responsible for delivering and managing targeted customer marketing activity aligned towards business objectives.

Responsibilities within this role will include;



* Develop new customer communication Programmes working with CRM and Marketing Strategy teams
* Testing of campaigns\programmes
* Response analysis with delivery to CRM team
* Delivery of ad-hoc tactical campaigns
* Test of new communication channels
* Management and build of customer model and segmentation, key contact to Customer Analytics team for integration of new models into campaign activity

To be successful within this role you will have the following;



* 3 years experience ideally within data\direct marketing\ CRM industry
* Experience in SQL, advanced Excel and campaign tools
