I am currently recruiting for a Data Analyst to work on a temporary ongoing contract based in Morley - Two shift patterns available:

Desired skills:



* Experience of Microsoft Office - Powerpoint / Word / Excel a must
* Good attention to detail
* Good communicator

* Previous experience in PMO - desirable

Main Duties:



* Logging maintenance tickets and liaising with maintenance contractors, security, cleaning staff to ensure work is completed
* Room bookings and monitoring of the Facilities Inbox
* Support with co-ordination and facilitation of small colleague events e.g. promoting Children in Need
* Weekly project reporting
* Collation of material to facilitate weekly/ monthly project meetings & forums
* Minute taking & monitoring of actions through to completion
* Maintenance of project management tool to ensure project data up to date
* General Admin duties
