Are you a B2B Sales Executive with previous delegate or event sales experience (3+ months minimum?) If so this could be the ideal role for you if you are also interested in career progression and keen to actually attend some fantastic financial sector conferences and awards events!

For our clients London Bridge office, we're looking for ambitious individuals with 12 months experience to join and grow with an inspirational Delegate Sales team.

Creative, hardworking and positive, the team focuses on working together to achieve and exceed targets and deliver an exceptional experience.

Confident and proactive, you'll bring your intelligence, passion and energy to helping to sell opportunities to a range of clients, while learning fast and building the foundations of a remarkable career.

Your opportunity:

£20,000-£25,000 basic + team commission, paid monthly (OTE £32-35K /year)

As a Sales Executive, your main role will be to develop and close sales leads from both online enquiries and new business development.

You will play a key role in making sure that our customers receive an outstanding experience so you must be a highly customer focused individual with a passion for sales and account management.

This exciting role will offer you unrivaled growth as well as exposing you to innovative media brands, market leading conferences and awards and senior level clients.

You will need to have a can-do attitude and a passion for turning leads into sales. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.


12 months experience in B2B phone sales
3+ months minimum experience in delegate sales, media sales or event sales
Confident and professional phone manner
Reliable and looking for a sales career
Happy to attend events and network with clients occasionally
