Are you looking to take the next step up from Delegate Sales to Sales Team Management? Do you have previous experience in delegate sales with a proven track record of hitting target and have excellent people skills? If so, we have a very exciting role that could be the perfect match!

Our client a global leader in financial B2B events is looking for a Delegate Team Support Manager to primarily working directly with the Head of Delegate Acquisition in supporting the day to day running of the tele-sales function, helping to ensure all processes are kept up to date.

Responsibilities & outcomes;

Supporting the functions processes:

*Training of contract telemarketers on the functions processes including SalesForce
*Managing the invoicing process for the function
*Updating and managing the weekly sales trackers
*Management of the sales boards
*Provide weekly reports and forecasts and insights on KPI's against portfolio
*Attend weekly team meetings, giving an overview of your current event/conference
*Attend management meetings
*processes and influence and encourage opportunity for best practice
*Update the various systems with the invoices

Drive and exceed weekly, monthly and annual revenue and VIP attendee targets across the portfolio:

*Engaging with existing clients via phone in order to develop relationships to continue securing ongoing revenue for future events
*Support any contract Telemarketer working on your specific event/conference, with
*Prospecting clients by phone and email to generate new business
*Focused efforts on cross selling activities
*Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs including call time and dials outs, set by the Head of Delegate Acquisition
*Proactively prospect and generate new leads

Working closely with the marketing department to ensure events/conferences are successfully attended:

*Daily management and maintenance of the CRM system (SalesForce) ensuring sales activity is recorded i.e. calls and actions/feedback
*Provide constructive feedback on the conference campaigns, communicating any challenges and barriers to success
*Liaising with the marketing manager to ensure sufficient leads are shared
*Participation and involvement in project meetings
*Liaising with the conference production and marketing team, to develop an understanding of the event program and theme to support and aid sales

Skills and qualities

*2+ years of delegate sales experience, proven sales track record, interested in management
*Excellent time management
*Confident and professional communication manner
*Drive and determination to succeed
*Can do and positive attitude
*Results driven
*Open to continuous improvement and driving efficiency

Must have 2+ years in B2B delegate sales Interest or experience in People Management and Sales Additional language is a plus, strong English is a must
