Our residential home for 6 children with emotional behaviour difficulties is set in beautiful surrey countryside. As a privately owned organisation we take pride in providing high quality care and positive outcomes for our children between 8 - 17 years old. As a specialist Deputy Manager you'll be in charge of a high performing, motivated team

* Supporting the staff team in their progression, development and training
* Deputising in the absence of the Home Manager and adhering to care quality standards as set out by OFSTED


* Full time - rota is Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm for the most part
* Shifts, sleep-ins and weekends will be required in accordance to home requirements
* NVQ L3 or L5
* Experience as a Deputy Manager in a children's home 1-2 years
