Are you looking for a step up? Would you like to work for an award-winning National Care Provider? Randstad Care is currently seeking a Deputy Home Manager for one of their specialist care services in Wisbech, PE13.

This service offers specialist Dementia Care to Elderly residents as well as General Nursing Care. This facility is split into two units Nursing Dementia and General Nursing. Each unit is staffed with x1 nurse and x5 carers.

Hours: 40 hours, days, including supernumerary time

Salary: £35,000pa

Responsibilities



* Reporting to the Home Manager.


* You will have direct responsibility for the performance of staff nurses and care staff.


* Ensuring all training and up-skilling is completed, staff rotas and off-duty rotas are complete, all auditing, safeguarding, and DOLS are up to standard and checking clinical excellence is promoted throughout the home.


* Show commitment to the group and share their ethos of delivering a high standard of person-centered care.

Requirements

- NMC registered, either; RGN, RMN or RNLD

- Experience in a nursing home is desirable

- You will be committed to championing independence, choice, and dignity in the home

- Ability to communicate at all levels and build trusting relationships
