Design Manager

Are you an experienced Design Manager looking to join an established and nationally recognised Contractor?

Contract Type - Permanent

Location - Maidstone, Kent

Salary - up to £70,000 plus package

Client: An award winning nationally recognised Contractor are now seeking a Design Manager to be based from the Kent based office. With a full order book for 2018 - 2019 this is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference for this Contractor!

With a focus on their staff and a supportive management team they work hard to create a good working ethos and staff retention levels reflect this.

Projects: Current projects consist of Education, Leisure and Commercial and Healthcare throughout Kent.

Requirements



* Previous experience as a Design Manager working for a Main Contractor
* Project experience in Commercial & Education is ideal
* Experience managing a team of Design Coordinators
* Good problem solvers
* Work well under pressure
