Design Manager

Are you an experienced Design Manager looking to join a well established residential developer?

Contract Type - Permanent

Location - Harrow, North West London

Salary - up to £75,000 plus package

Client: A well established and fast growing residential developer with the aim to make more affordable homes, this is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference with this developer!

As a company focus on their staff and have a supportive management team who work hard to create a good working ethic and staff retention levels reflect this.

Projects: Current project is a regeneration project. Which is a large residential scheme consisting of 670 units

Requirements


* Previous experience as a Design Manager/Technical Manager working for a Main Contractor or Developer
* Project experience in Residential sector
* Experience managing a team of Design Coordinators
* Good problem solvers
* Work well under pressure
