We are currently looking for a desktop support person to work for an leading International Asset Management company based in London. You will be providing technical support to a small user base in London and New York and also be involved in ongoing project work. You will be working alongside the local I.T team and escalating issues where necessary with IT teams based within the company.

Job Responsibilities;

* Providing technical support to a small user base in London and New York
* Provide 2nd Line technical support for Windows based systems running office 2010/2016
* Video conference and presentation support
* Dell Hardware support
* Desktop deployment
* Software Installation using SCCM
* Blackberry Work & Iphone support
* Desk moves
* VIP Support
* Excel Troubleshooting
* Troubleshooting VPN issues
* Setting up new users and some account administration

The Ideal candidate will have the following experience;

* Proactive, a good communicator, and confident in dealing with users at all levels within the organisation
* Windows 7 & 10
* Office 2010, 2016 & 365
* SharePoint
* Dell Hardware & Surface pro
* Bloomberg Anywhere
* General networking
* Active directory users and computers
* Basic PowerShell
