I am currently looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator with experience in Despatch for a small but extremely successful family run business in Aston.

The Role Despatch Administrator



* 7:00 AM - 16:30 PM Mon - Thur 7:00 AM - 13:00 PM Friday
* Parking on-site
* £24,000 - £25,000
* 20 days + Bank Holidays + Christmas Shutdown


Responsibilities:



* Liaise with customers and suppliers as well as all internal departments telephone, fax and e-mail
* Adhering to league times and ensure delivery times are met
* Ensure accurate placement of orders with manufacturers and suppliers
* Acknowledge ongoing status of order to the customer
* Cross checking all paperwork before despatch
* Ensure all items dispatched are correct to works order sheet and delivery notes
* Responsible for all dispatched items
* Act as the main point of contact dealing with all customer enquiries
* Process purchase orders for materials
* Monitoring and management of stock
* Coordination of deliveries
* Liaising with warehouse regarding customer enquiries
* You will ensure all queries are accurately
* Inputting all correct documentation
* Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times

What you'll need?



* 3+ years experience in Despatch/Logistics & Sales Support
* Good mathematical skills
* Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Good organisational skills
* Be able to develop and maintain relationships
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Problem Solving and ability to use own initiative
* Educated to a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Ability to work under pressure and priorities work
* Ability to build strong working relationships
* Experienced with SAGE would be beneficial
