Are you a natural communicator? Are you comfortable dealing with business customers in the UK? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity with a multinational health technology company?

We have a great opportunity to join Philips, an international market leader in health technology systems.

Although this is initially a 3-month assignment, it is possible that this may be extended.

This role is about providing a high level of competent administrative support to the Brand, Communication and Digital team and their director. This is a busy and forward-thinking team of about 20 people and your role will be varied and interesting.

Your responsibilities will include:



* Diary management for the director and senior managers, creating time within the diary, scheduling team meetings and creating agendas where relavent.
* Managing, clearing and prioritising the team inbox.
* Raising purchase orders and chasing approvals through the in-house system.
* Arranging and sending product samples for the PR team.
* Ensuring the reports hub and Sharepopint are kept up-to-date.
* Submitting expense reports and booking travel and accommodation for senior management.

You will be able to demionstrate the following qualities:



* Team work - a drive to work with other team members to create a successful environment.
* Willingness to take ownership and be proactive.
* Good communiation skills - fluency in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Great organisational skills.
* Ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
* Competent in Microsoft Office products.
