Pay & Hours:



* Basic Pay Rate of £10.50 PER HOUR
* 37.5 hours PER WEEK, Monday to Friday
* Hours 08:00AM - 16:00PM

Responsibilities:

As a Data Control Administrator you will be responsible for the following duties:



* Gathering information from numerous sources of data including external suppliers & compiling into one Excel document
* Will work with international suppliers and internal customers to obtain information
* Full appreciation for health and safety legislation and local onsite policies
* Manipulation of data utilising Excel through functions such as Vlookup & pivot tables as well as any other shortcuts
* Transition data from one source to another

Requirements:

* High attention to detail whilst achieving set productivity target
* Computer literate
* Proficient in Word
* Good written and spoken English and numeracy skills
* Administration experience
* An awareness of GMP (good manufacturing practice) is desired but not essential
* Ability to follow specific instructions
* Flexible and open to change
* Experience in data transition
* Can learn new electronic systems
* Ability to work & converse with international suppliers

Essential



* Can work to aggressive deadlines
* Experience in Excel

* Know how to manipulate the data by utilising functions such as Vlookups and pivot tables

Candidates having worked in an administrative / document control / systems / IT environment would be preferred.

This is approximately 5 week assignment.
