Are you a super organised Document Controller? Our client is a specialist sub contractor. You will be required to check best practises, download information, and distribute when required. Based in City od London, you will also be visiting smaller sites nearby on a weekly basis.

Reporting to a Project Manager on each site you will be required to look after all Document Control on a multi-million pound project as well as Document Control and administration of 2 other small scale developments in London.

This is a temp position. You must be able to start immediately.

This position is paying £15-20 ph LTD / £13-15ph PAYE

Document Controller role and responsibilities:

* Use of Document Control systems to manage information flow (Aconex, Asite, 4Ps + more)
* Ensuring the Project Team is up to date and on track with all documentations
* Distributing and QA checking all subcontractor's document/drawings
* Ensuring all raised RFIs are reviewed and processed on time
* Organise, attend and participate in project meetings with sub-contractors
* Document and following up on important actions and decisions derived from meetings
* Track and manage project registers (Drawings Registers, RFI/FCD Tracker etc).

Document Controller requirements:

* Must be extremely organised
* Have experience working within the construction industry
* Experience working for a sub contractor would be an advantage
* Have previously worked on site
* Used at least one document control system (e.g. BIW, Aconex, Asite, Business Collaborator)
