Part time Document Controller

One of the UK's leading M&E companies is looking for a part time Document Controller to work on a big project based just outside of the town centre.

Benefits:



* Monday - Friday - 3 days which are flexible.
* Hours 8am - 5.30pm 3 days a week

Daily Duties:



* To assist with the recorded distribution and filing of all reviewed drawings and related documents
* To provide cover for the other Assistant in the event of holidays/sickness.
* Any other duties in accordance with your abilities.
* Receive all calls in a prompt and professional manner
* Transfer all calls to recipients promptly, announcing calls and taking messages where necessary
* Receive all visitors, making them welcome and immediately alerting the member of staff they have come to see
* Deal with enquiries, couriers and messages as they arise
* Assisting with the meeting room booking system
* Typing, distribution and filing of project related correspondence for the project team.
* Facilitating any reprographics requirements
* Ad hoc administration
* Managing cover for annual leave and sickness when possible

Essential Experience Needed:



* Must be able to communicate articulately, positively and effectively
* Pleasant and confident telephone manner
* Accuracy/attention to detail
* Flexible approach
* Team player
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook /Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and IT literate
