Document Controller using 4proejcts, is needed for a central london site based role on a £100million Resi Project.


* Near mainline underground station
* Temp to Perm, Full time 37.5 hours per week
* Competitive Salary


* Working closely with the Technical Managers and Coordinators, you will manage department and project documentation in line with project requirements and technical procedures.
* Uploading and downloading onto 4projects.
* Dealing with RFI's,CVIs and site instructions.
* Deal with day to day document control queries for internal and external parties
* Set up distribution transmittal (matrix) and send prints to site according to project needs
* Manage document hierarchy and ensure latest revision & version are viewable to all project users and oversee documents through its entire lifecycle including archiving
* Prepare and issue weekly failed QA reports and other ad-hoc reports on projects as required

Essential experience and skills:

* Knowledge of the technical process required for residential development and utilities is essential.
* For this post you will need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills. Also project management skills and a high level of computer literacy , EDMS system , Microsoft packages) will be required.
* Good organisational skills, able to demonstrate highest levels of time management against back drop of a demanding environment
