Document Controller

Are you organised, friendly and looking for a new job opportunity?

A construction company is looking for a document controller to join their team in Stevenage on a year long contract. The role is paid on an annual salary at £18,000 - £25,000.

Construction experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:



* Updating and maintaining site documents
* Uploading and downloading of documents onto a system
* Completing deliveries
* Upload documents onto a system
* Processing and managing documents
* Processing and checking invoices
* Dealing with staff timesheets
* Liaise with multiple teams
* Office Archiving
* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
* Preparation of outgoing post
* Ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have:



* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry/working on-site would be a bonus
