We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Class Teacher to improve the school lives of boys aged 10-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. Your responsibilities will include:
-Setting high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
-Promoting good progress and positive outcomes
-Planning and teaching well-structured lessons
-Managing behaviour effectively to ensure learning development
-Deploying support staff effectively
-Giving pupils regular feedback and encouraging them to work constructively


The ideal candidate will possess the following:
-An ability to adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
-An ability to create a positive, stimulating and innovative environment for learning
-Their own means of transport
-QTS or good teaching experience
-Experience with and an understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties
