Electrical engineer needed in Stockport!

Due to expansion my client is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their Installations team covering both domestic and commercial properties in Stockport. Your role will include the Installation, Commissioning and Service of Fire alarm systems.


* Installing and maintaining various intruder, CCTV and access control systems.
* Working towards and exceeding maintenance and fault finding targets.
* Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems and emergency lighting.
* Installation of both conventional and analogue addressable fire alarm systems
* Understanding the clients' needs and fulfilling all jobs required
* Any other reasonable requests from management
* Ensure the health and safety
* To actively support at all times, company policy and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal Candidates will have experience within some of the below areas however we do offer training in any of the below areas you would also like further training in.

* 2391
* 17th edition
* Conventional, addressable & Wireless Fire Alarm Systems
* Knowledge of all major brands of Panels & App based systems
* Maintenance of Emergency Lighting
* Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance of all above aspects.

Hours are 8am-5pm with available overtime and call out.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, based around £30,000
