Electrical Improver - Sutton - Perm - £20,000 + Overtime

Are you looking to get into commercial building maintenance?

Are you electrically qualified and looking for a career opportunity?

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in the Sutton. The successful candidate will have electrical knowledge with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to work as a static compliance engineer covering (M&E / Fabric) planned and reactive maintenance.

You will be working within a large commercial head office in Sutton, within a team of other engineers from electrical, mechanical and fabric engineers.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 40 Hour Week + Overtime

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the below duties;

* Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes
* Emergency light testing
* Electrical fault-finding
* Small works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits
* PAT Testing
* Control Panel maintenance
* Fire alarms
* AHU's/FCU's cleaning


* Electrical biased/qualified (Apprenticeship, NVQ)
* A interest in commercial building maintenance
* Good communication skills
* Can do Attitude and willingness to learn
* Able to start immediately or at short notice
