Maintenance Electrician - South Kensington - Large University Campus - £38k

Fantastic opportunity to work for a National Maintenance provider at Large University campus situated in South Kensington. You will be joining a large maintenance team covering 100+ buildings next to each other.

The successful candidate will need to be Electrically qualified to City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (2330 or equivalent) and should have extensive building services knowledge. Experience of working within a blue-chip environment would be beneficial. Your main duties will be Emergency lighting, rewires, small installations, moving plug sockets and all other electrical maintenance. Mechanical knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, AC and BMS would be beneficial.


* An attractive package is on offer, starting with a salary of £38,000.
* There is plenty of overtime on site and someone that isn't averse to this would be desirable.
* A call-out rota in place.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday (07:00am to 16:00pm / 10:00am to 19:00 pm)


* City & guilds Electrical installations
* 17th edition
* 2391 Test & inspection or equivalent would be beneficial
* Commercial Building Maintenance experience
* Enthusiastic and client facing
* Physically fit due to large site
