Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Hammersmith - £35k

An established building services provider with a excellent reputation are seeking to recruit a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer, to work in on a Large corporate buildings in Hammersmith. Due to an expansion in the existing contract my client is looking to bring in a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the reactive and planned maintenance of a variety of electrical and mechanical plant including Emergency lighting, AHU's, FCU's, water treatment and general building services. This role will require knowledge of building control systems and air conditioning also.

The successful candidate will be experienced building services engineer and have experience of Maintenance positions. They will be able to work autonomously and help in the development of junior engineers as well as assisting the large team of electrical and mechanical maintenance engineer on site.


Monday to Friday - 07:00 -16:00 and 10:00 - 19:00

Key Skills

* Apprentice Trained
* Electrical City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
* 17th Edition
* Knowledge of HVAC principles
* Experience of BMS and Air Conditioning
* Ability to build rapport with clients and offer exceptional customer service
