Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Liverpool Street - £38,000

One of My clients is a market leading service provider, with an ever-growing portfolio. They are seeking 2 x Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a highly successful contract based in the City of London.

Job Specification:

* Strong experience of planned & reactive maintenance works of an electrical or mechanical bias - alongside good general M&E maintenance knowledge.
* Works Include: M&E Fault Finding, Lighting, Pumps, AHU's, FCU's, UPS Systems, New Installations, Motors, Three Phase Power, Working with 240 Volts+, Plant Isolation's, PAT Testing, HV Switching (Desirable)
* Log Book Management & Reports
* Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities
* Daily communication with clients and tenants
* Strong leadership skills
* Able to produce quotes

Hours of Work:

Continental Shift 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00

Salary & Package:

* Salary: £38,000 + Overtime
* Pension
* 20 Days Holiday
* Training
* Overtime Rates: x1.5 & x2.0
* Opportunities to progress into supervisory or technical specialist roles

The Person:

* City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent (Essential)
* City & Guilds 17th Edition
* City & Guilds Testing & Inspection 2394/2395 (Highly Desirable)
* Current HVAP (Highly Desirable)
* Experience in a Corporate Environment
* Hardworking, Career Driven
