Electrical Maintenance Engineer - The Strand - £36,000 + Package

Do you have experience working in a commercial building services?

I am currently recruiting for an Electrically Biased engineer to maintain the large commercial property of a large embassy in the Strand area. The contractor that you will be working for maintains both landlord and tenant area's. You will be responsible for the clients in the building and maintaining all electrical and mechanical plant and general building services tasks.

We are looking for an engineer who is able to take full ownership of the electrical and mechanical plant, carrying out ppm and reactive maintenance including emergency light, fire alarms, sprinkler tests, water treatment, BMS, HVAC plant, AHU's, FCU's, minor plumbing, electrical fault finding, small installations and general fabric duties.

Package:



* £36,000 basic salary
* Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
* Pension
* 23 days holiday + bank holidays
* Training provided
* High end premises
* Overtime available

Requirements:



* Experience working in commercial building services
* Apprentice Trained
* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
* 17th Edition
* Able to obtain an enhanced DBS / CRB
* Experience working within both landlord and tenant area's of a commercial premises
