Electrical Engineer - Desirable location - Thames Court, Central London - £40k Per Year - Immediate start!

I am currently recruiting for a temporary Electrical Engineer to work in Central London. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G, 17th Edition or NVQ) and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a temporary to permanent position, which pays £40k Per Year.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance to the following;



* Lighting (small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Air conditioning- Air Handing Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes , cleaning)
* Chillers - Re-set
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* BMS system- Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
* UPS Systems- Monitor/ Take readings
* Pumps, motors
* PPM

Hours of work / Shift Pattern



* Continental Shifts (Days and nights)

Requirements



* Electrically qualified (City & Guilds, 17th Edition, NVQ)
* UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Immediately available or can start at short notice
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills
