Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Wimbledon - £36,000

An Exciting opportunity to join a Mid-sized Maintenance services provider within the Facilities Management sector delivering Technical support services to private and public sectors. They seek 1 key member of staff to work on a brand new static Site in Wimbledon which is a newly refurbished commercial office building.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Commercial Building Maintenance crucially with City & Guilds Parts1 & 2 or NVQ Qualified Electrical or equivalent. You will base based on a static site in The City of London.

Working on a single man site in a multi-tenanted office and your duties will include Electrical and mechanical Planned & Reactive maintenance on Lighting, BMS, Emergency Lighting, PDU, Fire Alarm Testing, and Mechanical Plant. AHU's, FCU's, Chilled Ceilings, Actuators, radiators etc as well as dealing with sub contractors, client meetings and the day to day running of the building.

Hours of Work

Days: Monday - Friday (08:00- 17:00)


* City & Guilds or NVQ qualified Electrical Parts 1 & 2.
* Electrical apprenticeship.
* 17th Edition
* Fgas
* Previous building maintenance experience ideally having run similar one man sites
* Multi-Skilled
* Able to participate in the call out rota

This is a permanent position for the right candidate and is able to start on Friday this week when the contract goes live.
