A national facilities Management company are recruiting an Electrically-biased Project Manager to work within their M&E Building Services department, based in Leeds. You'll be managing a range of electrical fit out projects within commercial office buildings and other similar environments.

Your Package

* £40,000 - 45,000
* Car and fuel card or car allowance worth £5,000
* 26 + 8 days holiday

Your Responsibilities

* Manage team performance - direct and sub-contracted
* Work with the client to achieve innovative cost reductions
* Meet and exceed client KPI's for each project
* Set up strategic planning controls for the duration of the project, from procurement and technical proposals to delivery and project handover
* Assess and manage all Health & Safety risk
* Continuously review the Project Management Plan
* Complete snagging updates
* Manage project costs
* Chair project meetings
* Manage the flow of materials

Your Skills & Qualifications


* Experience of managing multi-discipline M&E projects (electrical bias)
* Electrical background - time served
* PC literate
* CSCS card
* Full driving licence
* Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel


* HNC in Construction / Project Management, or PRINCE2 Qualification
* CDM Awareness
* IEE Regulations Qualification
* Effective management skills
* Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
* Ability to work in a highly-pressurised environment
* Deadline-driven
* Strong commercial awareness
