My client are a well established M&E contractor that are looking to grow their thriving Electrical Division with a capable and proven Electrical Project Manager.

You will work on a mix of New Build and Refurbishment projects across the Sussex region, valued up to about £3 million.

Duties of a Electrical Project Manager:



* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement
