Electrical Site Manager

A strong Electrical Site Manager with experience within the Commercial fit out / Educational sector is required for a known and respected M&E Contractor.

Current areas in need of Electrical Site Managers / Supervisors include Luton, Edgeware and Camden with more set to land.

My client focuses primarily on School and Commercial fit-out projects across London and the Northern Home Counties, with offices in Bedfordshire. Projects will regularly be valued above £5 million, and experience working at these values will be essential.

On site you will have the support of an experienced Project Manager who will delegate tasks to you to work on under your own volition. Ensuring site H&S is up to standard, carrying out Tool Box Talks and creating/enforcing RAMS amongst others will be some of your duties.

A breakdown of what will be expected of you / what you know can be found below:

* Tool Box Talks
* Take part in progress meetings with the client and head office
* Delivery Co-ordination
* Sub-Contractor / Labour Management

In return you can expect:

* 31 days holiday
* A basic salary of between £45,000 to £50,000 per annum depending on experience
* A Company vehicle or Car allowance
* Up to 5% pension contributions
