My client are looking for a mobile Electrical Supervisor for a leading contractor in the Stoke area.

The successful candidate will oversee the day to day operations of the onsite maintenance team and third party contractors working on behalf of the client. As the supervisor you will be the main point of contact in respect of building maintenance and it's team on site. The contract is property maintenance, working on tenanted and void residential buildings.



* To lead, supervise, allocate & Complete all aspects of on-site building maintenance activities and tasks
* Liaise and interact with the wider Facilities team especially other department supervisors
* Supervision of third party contractors
* Audit and monitor work schedules, with a focus on Health & Safety and compliance
* Manage and supervise minor building projects as required
* Responsibility for the safety and welfare of the immediate team
* Maintain PPM schedule ensuring all planned and reactive works are completed to agreed timescales and that completed tasks are closed off with the facilities help desk
* To ensure effective record keeping is adhered to particularly in relation to Health and Safety and building legislation

Essential Needs



* Electrically qualified (17th edition, 2391, time served)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Flexible and versatile individual, with excellent problem solving and supervision skills
* Proven experience in the delivery of building/maintenance services ideally within a corporate environment

The role is 12 months fixed term contract initially, with the view to be permanent.

Salary is negotiable on experience.
