Enforcement Improvement Manager (Housing)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Enforcement Improvement Manager based in a Local Authority in South London.

Post: Enforcement Improvement Manager

Rate: Circa £30 - £32 per hour

The main duties of the role are as followings;



* Lead a team of dedicated officers to deliver improvement to the council's private sector stock.
* Providing advice, investigations, managing empty properties and delivering grants and loans to allow elderly and vulnerable residents to maintain independent living.

Requirements



* Previous Social Housing experience.
* Must have significant staff management experience and have excellent knowledge of construction, property standards and relevant legislation.
* Must be an excellent communicator, passionate about delivering improvements and be able to set and meet challenging targets whilst remaining empathetic to the needs of customers and ensuring the team does the same.
