Randstad CPE are working with a valued client who are looking for an experienced to join their team on a permanent basis in Stirling. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading FM provider across Scotland.

Qualifications:



* Degree level in relevant Facilities Management or Construction related discipline preferred or sufficient experience in a similar role
* Experienced FM Professional

Responsibilities:



* Ownership and management of the estimating function of FM bid management
* Managing and developing benchmarking costing models
* Working closely with other relevant teams including Business Development and Commercial Management to fully understand risk and financial implications
* Additional duties to include the positive contribution to the FM Strategy & Business Development department
* Preparing analytical estimates for the full cost of the service
* Working closely with the operational team to develop detailed and achievable Service Methodologies and agree with clients
* Contributing to the generation of BD Management information reports
