Job Title: Estimator - London - Permanent

Salary: up to £80,000 + package

My client is on the lookout for an Estimator with the opportunity to work on Luxury Residential projects, delivering world class quality service.

Our client has built up an excellent reputation for delivering high quality refurbishment services to their clients, with 20 years experience. They are experiencing a fantastic period of growth and offer genuine development opportunities.

About the Estimator:
The successful Estimator will be working as part of a team estimating the cost of projects, providing accurate proposals.

The job role will include but not be exclusive of:

* Prepare tenders from initial enquiry through to tender submission.
* Analytical price build ups and subcontract comparisons.
* Pricing of Preliminaries including method related solutions.
* Presentation of tender analysis for Director Adjudication.
* Interface with members of the pre and post contract team.
* Preparation and presentation of tender make up.

Requirements for the Estimator :
The successful Estimator will have experience of working on interior fit-out projects in an Estimating capacity.
In addition a qualification in Estimating or a recognised industry related field would be advantageous.
