The Company

A well experienced contractor specialising in the commercial and public sectors. With projects ranging from £500k - £50m, their project portfolio includes commercial offices, hotels, leisure industry amongst others.

The Role

Reporting to Directors and the Commercial Director the Senior Estimator will manage and work with the Estimating department. You will have much progression to grow within the business while earning upto £90,000 + package in the process.


* Planning and Controlling all company tenders.
* Chair the weekly Estimating Workload Planner meeting
* Working with the Commercial Director to forecast and manage the necessary resources.
* Ensure Estimates are prepared in accordance with the company Supply Chain procedure.
* Ensuring that the individual estimators are aware of and are achieving the required deadlines.
* Managing and providing professional guidance to the individual Estimators ensuring that they comply with the companies Estimating procedures.
* Ensuring that the company provides a professional and buildable tender and that the proposed programme and duration is achievable and that the necessary resources required are available and/or have been properly priced.
* Specifically for this role, the candidate needs to have a sound knowledge about high end residential in prime Central London locations.
