My client is currently looking for someone that has experience within the Residential sector working on New build and Refurbishment projects. The projects that will be worked on will range from £500k - £5m predominately Housing but will also be expanding into Commercial and Education

I am currently working with a Residential developer who are based in Swanley. They have a passion to deliver a sustainable legacy who work with our registered provider partners, local authorities and private developers to deliver high quality homes

Requirements:



* To have a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
* 3 years of experience working for a main contractor or developer
* Experience working on construction site
* Residential New Build and Refurbishment experience
* Be able to travel to different sites

Benefits:



* Salary of £45,000 - £55,000
* Car Allowance: £5,500

Responsibilities:



* Assess contract conditions, provide advice on and quantity the risk to all the relevant parties and offer solutions where required
* Liaise with development teams and maintain clear view of company's strategy and objects
* Assist the Senior Estimator in the preparation of competent, professional and business strategy related tender submissions.
* Undertake and manage the coordination of final preparation of tender documentation to ensure best bid solution for the company
* Ensure that the United Way of working is complied with an adopted into your daily disciplines
* Assess contract conditions, provide advice on and quality risk to all relevant parties and offer solutions where required
