Fabric Engineer - Cambridge, Great Abington - £25,000

My client is a leading M&E provider with an extensive portfolio in Uxbridge. Due to a contract expansion my client is seeking 1 Fabric Engineer to join an established team on site in Great Abington, Cambridge. You will have extensive commercial building maintenance and building fabrics experience and ideally with experience of setting up meeting rooms.

Basic handyman works on site consisting of meeting room set ups, painting, decorating, water flushing, tap temp monitoring. Duties will include Carpentry in the building, plant rooms and assisting with general handyman duties on and Adhoc basis when required as well as assisting other trades when required carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.


8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime


* Proven Track record in commercial building maintenance
* Maintenance Experience
* Ability to work in the UK
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
