Fabric Engineer- West London - up to £27,000

Are you an experienced engineer who would like to be part of an amazing project?

Do you have experience performing a commercial maintenance role?

An amazing opportunity has come up to work in a huge facilities maintenace company based over on a site in West London. The successful candidate will be working in a team of six engineers with a mix of different disciplines overseen by a supervisor.

Monday - Friday

8-5

Duties



* Carpentry
* General electric maintenance
* Painting & Decorating
* General plumbing maintenance
* Ensure Health and Safety policies are followed

Requirements



* Must be fully qualified at NVQ level 3 such as City and Guilds, BTEC or equivalent in one or more trades - Plumbing, carpentry, electrics etc.
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Competent in minor repair/maintenance work
* Commercial Maintenance Experience
* Very Client facing
* Full UK Driving License
