Façade Manager- Residential Developer

Are you a proven Façade Manager that has successfully delivered residential projects?

My client, one of the most respected, renowned residential developers that has a turnover exceeding £2bn with over 2000 units live on site at present with a healthy pipeline.

My client is looking for Façade Manager to work on a challenging project due to finish 2019. It will be an RC Frame five storeys in height, brick clad façade, traditional scaffold and a Grid Roof with soft and hard landscaping.

The site; in Hertfordshire is easily accessible from the major train stations, public transport and personal vehicle.

Key Skills



* Minimum 3 year's experience on External packages
* Experience on residential projects is essential
* RC Frame residential experience is ideal
* Commercially aware and focused on delivering to targets
* Strong leadership skills
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
