Facilities assistant - £8.39ph - Liverpool L3

Our client, one of the UK's leading Facilities Management Companies, has an exiting opportunity for an experienced and skilled facilities assiatnt to contribute to the vibrant team in L3

This Role will be working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Your responsibilities include:

Job duties

* Be part of the facilities management team and assist the team leader in order to ensure
* uninterrupted facilities service to clients
* Deal with client requests in a timely manner
* deliveries and parcels management
* ordering and replenishing consumables
* ensuring vending facilities on site are cleaned and stocked
* ensuring printers are stocked with paper for the day
* Carrying out visual check of the building for health and safety team and report issue to team leader
* ensuring good room temperature by monitoring and regulating AC in the office
* assist with furniture moves or repairs
* assisting with fluorescent and light bulbs replacement
