Are you a Facilities Co-ordinator looking for a new role with real potential to develop your career?

Randstad are recruiting for a UK wide FM company. This particular company are looking after a large commercial site in Basingstoke. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who has the passion and work ethic to want to succeed.


* Update and operate internal planning and scheduling system, logging PPM and reactive maintenance tasks and effectively relaying information to relevant members of staff
* Manage and arrange PPM's
* Ensure the companies compliance is to statutory standards are adhered to within the allocated time frame
* Produce reports on a bi-weekly basis to ensure that all reactive jobs are completed.
* Operate under safe practices at all times in regards to Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, waste disposal, legislative requirements
* Monitor and carrying out monthly health and safety reports
* Manage and control stock of equipment and consumable goods.

About You

* You will have relevant experience in facilities management or have a degree/diploma/qualification in FM
* experience within a help desk capacity
* You will demonstrate analytical skills and possess good IT skills.
