Facilities Co-Ordinator
Newcastle Area
Full Time

We are working with an impressive facilities management company who're based in the North East and are growing at a rapid speed. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who has the passion, and work ethic to want to succeed.


* Update and operate internal planning and scheduling system, logging PPM and reactive maintenance tasks and effectively relaying information to relevant members of staff
* Ensure the companies compliance to statutory standards are adhered to within the allocated time frame
* Produce reports on a bi-weekly basis to ensure that all reactive jobs are completed.
* Operate under safe practases at all times in regards to Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, waste disposal, legislative requirements
* Monitor and log all accidents and hazards as well as carrying out monthly health and safety reports
* Manage and control stock of equipment and consumable goods.

About You

* You will have relevant experience in facilities management or have a degree/diploma/qualification in FM
* Experience within a helpdesk capacity
* Experience in a PFI environment
* You will demonstrate analytical skills and possess good IT skills.
